Microsoft: Allow Multiple Excel Windows!

Dear Microsoft,
  It is incredible that in the year 2008 your Excel software still does not open multiple spreadsheets in sperate windows by default.  All spreadsheets open up the same windows, making it difficult to compare data.  Please, for the sake of people everywhere, change the default so that it operates more like Word and opens different documents in seperate windows without having to hold down keys and such.
