Limit the movements of Sex Offenders
We the residents of Chelmsford MA, USA, hereby petition a by-law that will limit and otherwise restrict any Level Two or Level Three sex offender as defined by the Sex Offender Registry Board from either living or working within 1/3 mile from any institution, playground, school or any where that children may congregate. DO NOT SIGN unless you are a registered voter in the Town of Chelmsford, MA USA
