Stronger time for Child molesters that go on the run

I would like to see Longer and Harder time given to child molesters that go on the run after doing something so awful to a child~ Not only is the child having to suffer knowing that this person can do it again to someone else but they have a hard time getting on with there lives always looking over there shoulder scared to death that one day they will pass them on the street~ I think that a person who does this derserves even more and harder time!
