Lately I've noticed than on fanfiction.net the Raven and Beast Boy canon fan fictions has taken a mayor decline. I know that the has show ended, but I never thought that people would stop writing about them.
The Teen Titans comics are still out there, and re-runs of the show are played daily on cartoon network. I know that there are a lot of great writers out there who would be able to write amazing stories about Rae and BB. And, I'm sure there are some new writer who would love a starting place. So why not start off with a fan fiction?
If you don't know much about the Teen Titans feel free to look up the T. V. show and comics on Google or Wikipedia. It'll give you an overview of everything.
