truth from our leaders

I would like to see a change in how we form governments. I beleive that we should ask our countries to expand human rights to include the well being of our planet. That would mean asking for clearity in our constitutions to include  rather then limit what is truth regarding anyones opinions. I can only express this by example using Einstiens E=MC2 theory. Since what comes around goes around then we are in for a bumpy ride by hiding behind security blankets worldwide. Can there truly be a cause to live by or die for? YES/ truth about ourselves. Since I have nothing to hide why then should I feel obligated to swear to the truth if billions of others do not. Justice for all remember. This will never work if the other person uses the excuse ( I do not beleive) in your law, your God, your way of life. However if this were changed to be included in the constitution of each country there would be no escaping though the excuse of ignorance. To tell a lie by swearing on a bible is not a lie if you choose not to beleive? However to tell a lie under human rights law under a constitution would be breaking the law of that country and in turn would  result in penalty without guilt to the others of that country(s) It would be relatively simple proccess to change the wording and in turn protect every individuals rights on the planet. The new law would be to read at any and all courts " do you swear by the constitution of (name of country) to tell the truth and only the truth (persons name).Using this example belief is no longer an excuse to lie and the law of each country would have meaning in it's dirrection. In closing this can be achieved easily durring elections as a question on everyones ballot.
