Petition to Open Milliken/Johnstown Recycle Center

Open a Recycle center in the Town of Milliken and Johnstown. We will receive tree branches, grass clippings, leaves, aluminum, appliances, plastic, cardboard, and other recyclable materials. Action petitioned for: Help from homeowners of Milliken and Johnstown by adding $1 per month to their water bill in order to fund the Recycling Center. This will create 4+ jobs and additional revenue will be donated in form of scholarships for our youth and community.
