Ban subsidies for farmers not to grow food

Abolish all food subsidies for farmers not to grow food.

Where as: 1/4 of the world population is on the verge of starvation.

Where as: 41000 children will starve to death today and over 15 million children will starve to death this year worldwide.

Let it therefore be resolved that: America will no longer pay farmers or any entity a subsidy not to grow food.
