Lessen Child abandment requirement time NOW!

    Many children are being abandoned but their caretaker cannot file due to law restrictions, which in this state mean they cannot file as abandoned until 6 months. You should vote to lessen that to at most 3 months because that would give children parents to care for them in only 3 months time
