To STOP BULLING in the Work Place and Schools

Because we have people getting away with Bulling..in Schools and in our Place of Work. The "ONE " who is being Bullied and put down and and hurt is the  one ....who gets kicked out of school, or a Company...Do you think this is RIGHT ?
