PAW SHOULD BE ISSUED HANDCUFFS!

    I feel that in New Haven County, The PaW personnel should be issued handcuffs. I am concerned because this can solve many problems. I.e The rangers can detain people in cuffs until police arrive. If the suspect is a threat to the ranger they should be able to immobilize them by cuffing them and waiting for police to come and arrest them.
