IMPROVE THE Q9!!!!!!!
We demand better service for the Q9! We want buses that arrive ON TIME, drivers who display better customer service, and less crowding!
Dear MTA,
We the undersigned, have come together to politely demand better service for the Q9 bus in Jamaica. For years, we have suffered late, absent and crowded service with poor excuses given by drivers. Riders often wait more than an hour for buses that should arrive approximately every 20 mins.
We are asking for buses to arrive on time, (the commute is only 15-20mins total), and that if one is late, they not double up, leaving riders following the schedule, behind.
