STOP the NDAA Nevada

Successive federal administrations have tightened a choke hold on the people of the United States of America. We have finaly reached the point where secondary laws have been passed by both the Senate and the House of Representatives and signed by the President that undermine the U.S Constitution.
 
The National Defense Authorisation Act 2012 was signed by President Obama on New Years eve, after he said, he was not going to do so.

This allows the United States to be considered a battleground the same as Afghanistan and suspends your rights to due process and habeus corpus, if a government official deems you a domestic terrorist.

Your Liberty now depends on the whim of the President or one of his designated Agents. This legislation is clearly unconstitutional and needs to be rescinded immediately!
