Request Oversight of potential water and sewer gauging
As a resident of Hidden Creste Apartments I have noticed inconsistent tabulations and illogical increase in water and sewer for my one bedroom apartment. My November 2018 bill increased to $78.29 in one month from $46.16. When I addressed the matter with management, I was told by manager, Nakita Copeland that I probably have a toilet leak, which I vigorously rejected. I am not the only resident that has concerns about their water and sewer bills. I submitted a review to Atlanta Watershed Management on 12/1/2018 and received a telephone call from Lisa who explained to me that there was Nothing they could do because they bill the Hidden Creste collectively and that I should take my concern to management which I have done numerous times prior to this particular bill. Furthermore, I submitted a Complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta , Case # 27636782 on 9/19/2018 to Clearwater Billing Services. On 10/10/2018 BBB advised that Clearwater issued a response, "A review of the billing indicates everything is working per specifications" My complaint grew from concerns of errors in tabulating month to month Present and Previous Multiplier Usage (copies attached) As I stated there are complaints filed on NuRock Management Website Reviews. I am filing this petition to Demand Oversight of Hidden Creste and their Third Party biller, Clearwater Billing Services.
