Make Child Support Equal!

Some men and women abuse the purpose of child support. Child support is for absent fathers not failed relationships nor your monthly allowance! When you receive EBT (SNAP Benefits) you are not allowed to purchase merchandise outside of the purpose; food. Men and women should be held accountable for purchasing items outside of the purpose. All funding should go towards the child. The funds should only be processed if the transactions shows it’s going towards child care, baby/toddler food, children clothing, child healthcare and all children items. Once the child began to get older, 2-13, the food and clothing option should expand. The parent should no longer be available to just buy baby food. As for clothing/shoe sizes it should be kept up with until the child turn 14 years old. Once the child turns 14 years old they should be able to start using the child support funds themselves. Since the child will be in High School they’ll be learning more about independence, budgeting and balancing. As soon as the child turns 16, a limited amount of funds should be available while the rest go directly into a savings or trust fund until he or she turns 18. We need to make child support all about the child/ren! If you can’t pay your rent or bills due to child expenses then you should either find a better paying job or give the child to the capable parent. Your life mishaps and unfortunates has nothing to do with neither the other parent or child. Make child support equal!
