Demand Accountability for the lack of Customer Service

Ontario Cannabis Store has shown a lack of concern or care for its customers. I have tried on several occasions to contact the company to get a status of an order. I'd been place on hold for almost 4 hours before getting disconnecting on their part. I have heard of customers that have placed orders not receiving the correct weight , or even product they had order. OCS lacks compassion in regards to its customer service, and is it not right that they have left us all in the dark. OCS needs be held accountable. They had months to prepare in advance for legalization day therefore there is no reason for any of this nonsense. Also the fact they are not even willing to respond to calls , emails , messages , is very concerning . This company is not reliable and need to be held responsible for their lack of customer care.
