Petition to Create a Bagless BC

  • recipient: We beleive there is no need for single use plastic bags in British Columbia
By signing this petition I confirm that as a member of the public purchasing goods in British Columbia there is no need for single use disposable plastic bags offered at a retail level.  I further agree local, provincial and federal government should take steps to reduce the use or ideally totally ban disposable plastic bags.

Ipsos Reid May 04, 2009: 86% of British Columbian's use reusable bags
The Australian State of South Australia has banned plastic bags completely.
