Please as concerned citizens sign this petition in the wake of Nicholas Rivard's death, as a vehicle for positive change for increased public safety in our communities, to be presented to comunity leaders, police, the court system, social services, mental health/addictions and Mr. John Vanthof. In the aftermath of this horrific tragedy, not one person stepped forward to issue a statement to address public safety or assure people they are safe. The family of Mr.Rivard deserves better and so do we all.We cannot look away or shrug our shoulders. Who is next? The serious crime must be stopped now. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It is time to take back our streets and ensure our communities are safe again.Let us send a united message we want positive change to make our towns safe and secure.
