Judge denied a peace order,that could have prevented a sincless murder

Tarique Hudson,tried to acquire a peace order from his neighbor James Veromber,but was denied. Judge Devy Patterson Russell stated,Mr Hudson didn't meet the the criteria,we're asking for an investigation into the practices of judge Russell.
