I would like to note that I am a Native American and I know the United States government doesn't give a shit about me but they should give a shit about getting away with injustice! Leonard Peltier went to prison for killing one FBI agent while these "heroes" killed innocent Native American women and children yet still got medals for it. This is a case about discrimination and racism. The government stated in our treaties that they'd protect us and serve us but all they did was murder our people and made us forget who we are. Leonard Peltier is innocent and even though it's in history those FBI agents are the ones who should be in prison not Leonard Peltier! Please I don't want Peltier to die in prison it's an outrage! He is part of me and everyone else who is Native American sign this petition so we can free Leonard Peltier!

My name is Loreal Wilson and I'm a member of the Navajo tribe. I would like to add that I'm a junior at the Santa Fe Indian School and I'm getting the best education I could possibly get. As I went to school here I've been learning a lot about the American Indian Movement and to my surprise my uncle was part of that movement. This was about civil rights and taking action to stand up for our people. We are not animals, we are not objects so we need to let our government know that the people shouldn't be scared of their governemnt, the government should be scared of their people. We need to fight for our rights and stand up to these so-called educated men! They did not destroy our culture although, they tried but they couldn't do it! They didn't break us we're still standing!
