Demand leeway with Englewood TN speeding laws!

They are constantly giving out tickets to people for their unrealistic speed law. It is a 40mph driving limit and they give out OUTSTANDING tickets for driving 41 or 39. Everyone does NOT have cruise control or can drive that steady. Lets try for a 3-5 mile window above or below to help people stay out of court and out of debt!
