Stop Burning Trash In The Neighborhood

Burning trash in the neighborhood has caused alot of the other resident's heart problems ans asthma to flare up. It is not healthy, nor is it safe to be burning rubber, trash, plastic, paint cans, etc..... The backyard looks like a dump and nobody in the neighborhood wants it anymore.
