Right to Life East Texas presented an ordinance to the Carthage, Texas City Council on Monday, December 9, 2019. Several supporters showed up to fight for LIFE. This ordinance is set to prevent abortions in Carthage, Texas. Prevention is key. Several States are outlawing abortion, and this makes Carthage a target to perform abortions within city limits. Several other cities in Texas have passed this ordinance. Carthage has a chance to stand up for LIFE. The ordinance is CONSTITIONAL.
