Demand CBD Oil be LEGAL in Indiana!

Despite FDA regulations and Indiana's 2014 bill #1475 that made CBD oil legal for epilepsy patients, Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill said on November 21st that CBD oil is illegal to sell or possess in Indiana – with the only exception being people with epilepsy conditions specifically outlined in legislation. But how can epilepsy patients even obtain CBD oil if it's illegal to sell?!

This leaves milllions of Hoosiers adults, children and pets without any way of dealing with natural pain, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and getting much more relief. Indiana must FIGHT back against this and stand up for whats RIGHT! Sign this petition NOW to urge Indiana to make CBD oil legal!

CBD is used for a wide variety of things. Most common uses are for pain relief, seizures, ptsd, anxiety, depression, cancer, lupus, Crones disease and arthritis. There are thousands of uses.

CBD is made from industrial hemp plant and contains NO THC (the psychoactive drug that causes the “high”). It gives all the relieving affects of marijuana without THC.

According to the 2014 bill, anything under .3% THC is legal in Indiana, however they are now stating otherwise. Many adults are being charged with possession, parents have had CPS cases on them for even owning CBD and businesses are also being charged with possession, cited and confiscating all the products.
