STRONGER PUNISHMENT FOR ANIMAL ABUSE

I've seen people charged with animal abuse and walk away with a slap on the wrist this needs to be reinforced and make it known that this is unexeceptable and will not be tolerated by stronger sentencing and punishment this is crucial to these poor defenseless animals day by day that suffer or killed uselessly under the care and hands of these demented persons. STOP THE ABUSE NOW!!!
