The people's war on drugs

Are you tired of the shameful, erratic behavior of your elected officials who have incredible power to legislate your behavior and take your money?  Do you wonder, "Was he on drugs, or what?" when you hear again and again about these people's illegal or immoral behavior while in office?
For years, these guys (and gals) have marginalized the poorest and weakest people in our country while they rake in money from fat-cat lobbyists and influence peddlers.  It's time to make elected officials show us they are fit to serve.  Make them submit to random urine tests (at least 1 time per month)--at their expense.  If they are clean, they get reimbursed for the test.  If they are dirty, they are disgraced and THEY ARE OUT OF OFFICE.  If they want a retest, it is random & they pay for it with no reimbursement, and they have no right to sue.
