Prosecute this man for Animal Cruelty!!

This man threw a racoon from a boat 20 miles from shore,this poor racoon wasn't trying to attack him or anything..if anything this racoon was more scared..there was no reason why this man threw him over board...that poor racoon suffered by drowning because of the cruelty of this man...if you would see the face of the racoon,how sad it was..it knew what was happening and was scared please sign my petition and hopefully this man pays for what he did...
