Random drug testing program for the city of De Queen

We have individuals that are working for the city that are not being drug tested. Random drug testing is a necessity in today's Times. We have individuals that have thousands of people's lives in their hands every day are not being randomly drug tested. These departments include the water treatment plant that handles chemicals that could kill the whole city. We have heavy equipment operators that could hit a gas Main. We have local emergency response people that need to maintain hey clear and focused mind in order to protect all of us in the city. Too much could happen if an emergency come up and these individuals are not able to make sound decisions. To think that we have people running our city and protecting our city untested is Ludacris. Almost every employer in the country now requires random drug testing. This petition is to get the city to implement a random drug testing policy that is ran by a company not controlled or accessed by them. By sogning this would ensure a safer environment for all of us that live in the city of De Queen.
