SAVE "SWEETIE" FROM HER ABUSER

I AM A HUGE ANIMAL LOVER!!!!! There is NO EXCUSE for animal neglect or abuse!
I watch a YouTube Channel called, sitting with dogs. I get a newsletter from Rocky, the owner of the channel. He made everyone aware of a Husky that was clearly neglected and or abused by the owner. This was ignored by authorities. Please sign the petition so SHE WILL NOT BE SENT BACK TO HER OWNER!!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH
