Currently armed non governmental private groups are permitted to parade Monroe, Louisiana city streets without weapons inspections by appropriate law enforcement personnel. This petition would require all armed groups carrying rifles, pistols and heavy ordnance to submit to inspection, for a fee, by local law enforcement
