Demand a ban on plastic bags in Pennsylvania

Only 1% of plastic bags are recycled. That other 99% is going into waterways destroying our wildlife and coral reefs. There are so many alternatives to plastic bags such as reusable bags, cloth bags and biodegradable bags. Plastic bags are unnecessary and only cause harm.
