Justice For Bena

On Nov. 6 , 2019 my little girl my 9mo. old yorkipoo puppy was taken and murdered by my ex boyfriend . He was driving intoxicated with my puppy and killed her immediately . The necropsy shows head trauma. They were both found hours later and my ex Tanner Emmet Odden changed his story several times and then my puppy Bena was found in his trunk and some substance that is being tested was found in his car . Tanner turned himself in last night to James City County and is now in VPRJ. He has court in the morning and I am in fear that he will be released and possibly come after me. He claims he doesn’t remember anything and that she could have died while driving and hit something in his messy car and says he has an issue with alcohol and wants to go to a rehab house . I want “Justice for Bena “ I also want him to remain in jail and him be charged with a felony. Please help! I have a lot of friends and family that will support this petition .
