Tell billionaire space cadets to use their money to address problems — not make them worse!

World hunger. Homelessness. Medical debt. Sky-high housing costs. There are so many serious crises facing the world and the American people, and so many billionaires capable of using their outrageous wealth to rectify them — but they would rather play spaceman than help their fellow humans.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk sent a $100,000 car to space just to amuse himself. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos spent a staggering five billion dollars to go to the edge of space for just four minutes, at a cost of $2.54 million a second. With that money, he could have saved 41 million people around the world from starving, but he didn't.

It is a moral abomination that there are so many billionaires with more money than they could literally spend in their entire lives who continue to hoard it just to assuage their selfish egos. By refusing to allow their money to circulate in the economy and refusing to give their workers to pay and benefits they deserve, these billionaires are deliberately making the lives of everyone worse and exacerbating the crises that affect countless people.

No more space games. It's time to help people here on earth!

Tell billionaire space cadets to use their money to address problems — not make them worse!
