Personal Property Should Remain Ours

Schools all around the world continue to make phones an issue. But no one is thinking about the students point of view on the issue. The Fourth Amendment states,"The right of the people to be secure . . . against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause." Which means that a students property cannot be searched or taken from them because it belongs to the student or their family, not the school. The school does has permission to take the item(s) if it is owned by the school. So the point of this petition is to get schools everywhere to realize that taking away a students property without a parent's permission or at least making it known to the student that you are going to go through their property you can not do any sort of that. Student have rights that are being ignored by all schools around the world. Students deserve to be respected just as much as an adults. So if you agree with me please sign so we can expose those not following the law. Students have rights that shouldn't be ignored. The backpacks, phones or any other personal belongings should not be touched without permission by the owner or a parent/guardian. It is still considered stealing because of the Fourth Amendments.
