This is something that really hits my heart, dogs are our family. If I ever saw a dog trapped in a hot car,i would do everything possible go save that dog. Its just something that should be instinct. Only 14 states are allowing pedestrians to save the dog that is in need of help. Every single state needs to make this a law. Any animal lover would save that dog no matter what. Contact the local state representative and tell them this needs to change. So many animals die every year within minutes. You don't have to be rich to make a difference in your would, you just have to care. All you need is that passion and drive to fight for animal rights. The animals can't speak for themselves, so we need to be their voice. This petition Is to close to making there goal. Let's get there!!!
