Extend Colorado boating season with ANS bill

HB 18-1008 has been introduced to create a fee to cover the cost of ANS inspections. With this increased fee we believe the boating season in Colorado should be expanded to safe conditions from ice off to ice up instead of the current Mar. 1 - Dec. 1. dates, set on many of Colorado Parks and Wildlife waters. Inspections could be done through CPW offices and/or rangers at most location during the low traffic period. Self launching with seals and receipts could be allowed just like the summer months.
