Waste Connections has petitioned the City of Memphis for an approval to build a new business office, truck refueling, and truck repair facility.
The Waste Collection and Transfer services would remain where they are.
We are sick of the kudzu creeping up our fences, telephone poles and smothering our trees. We are tired of constantly dealing with the stinky smell and air pollution, noise pollution, rats and other vermin, illnesses, and the overall negative visual effect this facility has on our property's current and future value.
We want Waste Connections to leave our neighborhood for good. We wish you had never come. We urge Waste Connections Corporation, its' owners, board members, managers and employees to cease operations in our neighborhood and move somewhere else.
My signature below indicates that I have read and agree with this petition for Waste Connections not to be allowed to build a new facility or otherwise expand their operations near the Graves Subdivision off of Brooks Road.
