Let LCBOE know we are concerned!

Speaking of a recent incident in our local elementary that resulted in a video being place on Facebook. We want to  speak in volumes to show our county saw and demand improvements for our children. Teachers placing their hands on a child is in no manner the correct response to any behavior. Laurens county board of education needs to take this seriously as the result could cause injury of emotional instability to our children in school. Teachers should have the proper training and tools to effectively comminicate with a child without touching, grabbing, or hitting our children in a violent manner. Is new training and resources needed for our teachers? Help make others aware to push this to be addressed appropriately.
