Nba refs and the damage they are causing

Over recent years especially 2018-2019 the NBA refs are out of line with their impact on the game. We are all aware of them making bad calls but most importantly THE UNNECCESARY technical foul calls have to stop. The game is one of passion , hard work , and mental strength as well as physical. We as players and as fans deserve better and the referees NEED to be held ACCOUNTABLE for their actions. I have comprised a video with footage of unexcusable and inexplicable inconsistencies within NBA refs. (Calling technical fouls on players for talking or moving shoes off the court so nobody gets hurt and other rediculous reasons. It is ruining the game and we as fans and players deserve better. We want better quality refs or refs hired without the egos that make them believe they control the game. I would prefer to see some YOUNG WOMEN and MEN that are about the game being played to the best ability as possible. In some of the games you can count a score board for how many points are referee initiated which is ridiculous. Players get fined for criticizing refs but are refs being held accountable for the errors and poor calls they make?
