Free Inmates of Halfway Houses Due to Inhumane Living Conditions and Spread of COVID-19

  • recipient: New Jersey Citizens

Due to the inhumane living conditions, cleanliness of facilities, lack of resources, poor ventilation, and medical support and care, KinTock Halfway House Program for New Jersey Department of Corrections should release inmates. In order to decrease and flat line this deadly virus- COVID-19. It is in the best interest to release inmates who have proven to complete state mandated rehabilitation programs for gradual release into society. The need to be in an isolated and less populated environment to stop the widespread of this pandemic!
