Free an innocent man NOW!

Early morning around 2:57am January 13th 2018 ,Three young men on their way home was pulled over for a traffic stop . During the traffic stop the driver and passengers were asked to show identification . One of the passengers Brandon DeLavallade was asked to step out of the car . An old warrant for Indiana was the cause of him being asked out of the car . Somewhere in the event of Brandon being detained the officer asked to search the car. Unfortunately a firearm was in the vehicle at the time unbeknownst to the driver and passengers. There were other people in the car who had gotten out moments before. All three were charged with the firearm and sent to Albany jail . 2 of the young men who were arrested bailed out , unfortunately Brandon DeLavallade an innocent man is still sitting in Albany county jail on a parole hold . Brandon is facing a serious charge for something that is not his . Please help me by signing this petition for Brandon in hopes to help free him .
