Please help my dog

Hello, my name is Zach. My dog Rocky.. He keeps loosing blood from bleeding around the pelvis area. We cant get him to the vet because surgery for it can cost $300.00 US or more. Im asking for all you people to please save our dog im very worried about him and want to get him the surgery he needs.

Guys my family and i somehow made the money for his surgery so now he just has stitches
