Representative Jamie Raskin, the lead House manager for Trump's impeachment trial, opened the proceedings with a speech that will be remembered for a long, long time.

He laid out the compelling evidence against Trump, and explained clearly why it is necessary to convict him. He connected on an emotional level, recounting the horrors of the Capitol attack. And he did this all just weeks after going through the tragedy of losing a child.
