Justice for Antwon Rose Jr.

Demand justice for Antwon Rose, an unarmed 17 year old boy of African American descent who was fatally shot and killed by a suburban Pittsburgh officer on Tuesday the 19th of June 2018. Antwon Rose lost his life for simply running away from a vechile he was the passanger in that was suspected in an earlier shooting. Antwon Rose was known by many as a loving boy who had a million-dollar smile who was generous, hardworking and a highly promising student. " Fleeing from a scene does not give law enforcement the right to indiscriminately shoot young boys or anyone. No one, especially children, should ever fear death at the hands of police. Lethal force should be an absolute last resort not a first option". Even the Executive director of the ACLU of Pennsylvania see's this was unacceptable! We are asking that the Mayor and officials of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania make an example out out of this officer and lead the way of change and justice for our Nation as a whole. Killing a child should not result in paid leave during the investigation! Murder charges against the suspected officer should be filed accordingly once it is determined that unnecessary lethal force was used when it was not required! Murder is murder and God does not forgive and turn a blind eye just because these police wear a badge. Policy reform is a MUST and we need your help in signing this petition and putting an end to police brutality against unharmed African Americans and humans as a whole. "
