Give the youth of Bellefonte something to do

The youth of our town needs a place where they can go to have fun and do stuff during the day. Our town has numerous restaurants but we have nothing for our youth. We need an arcade, a skate park anything to give our youth stuff to do. If they had a place to go have fun there would be less underage drinking, they wouldn't get bored and go out and get into trouble.
