1. Senior Citizens, should not be taxed , compelled , mandated, subjected to any land taxes nor any 401 k taxes that are made available at retirement age or if such senior becomes disable at 55.

A Senior Citizen work hard all there life , and it make no sense nor does it serve the interest of justice to swindle , cheat , exploit , tax a disable senior 55 or an non disabled senior ; to any land taxes or 401 ( k ) . This is money need to be totally tax free that a senior or disabled senior may have money to live on . When a senior 55 or buy a home it should not be taxed, because that property is a private and not owned nor operated for commercial purposes. When a senior citizen retires from a job and has a 401 (K ) that money is constitutionally the property of that person and it is cruel to make old people , senior be subject to land taxes , 401 (K ) taxes pursuant to 5th Amendment which is an intrusion to a person real property or tangible property rights . The authors of the Bill Of Rights - Constitution did in fact express in the 5th Amendment a person shall enjoy liberties and equal protections under process of law. It is time that senior citizens enjoy full rights , enjoyments , liberties , under ( Article 1- Section(s ) 3 a , 3, 19 [ Tex. Bill Of Rights ] to not be not deprived on earnings , benefits labored for , in the course ans scope of employment or contract for hire ( 1099 ) . Seniors Citizens in all the 50 states who worked, paid in to tax system should be exempt from any and all land taxes and 401 ( K ) taxes they have rightfully earned and labored for. When a consumer walks in into a car dealer and buy a car he is taxed one time for the purchase of that car. The same equality and liberty should be given to an ( Senior Citizen ) who purchases a house. No yearly demand should be incumbent on a senior to repeatedly pay a yearly land tax . Once a senior buy a home it is there property and to create an capricious tax scheme to levi and confiscate violates such person 14th Amendment Rights ( Right To Enjoy Property )without fear of taxation or levi. It does no good to pay into a tax culture all your life , buy a home and have it taken due to not paying land taxes ... which is morally , civilly , wrong.
