Demand an End to Rental Injustice, Now!

I leased a rental property from Christone Enterprises for 2 years at two different units, both times I was accused of damages that work orders were put in for or damages that were there before I occupied both units. I was billed months later and after I move to a different unit they accused me of all type of damages. If I refused to pay for damages I didn’t cause or send concerning email about the matter they would retaliate on me by bring up all kinds of matters that wasn’t true or aware of. I was also told recently after complaining about false damages that I have to move out as soon possible so damages can be fix, after I stated that I couldn’t because that was short notice and my son and myself don’t have anywhere to go, I than was told I can rent another unit with them at a different location for a higher price with no penalty to me for the false damages they accused me of, if I can move as soon as possible. If I didn’t agree to move to a more expensive unit my next option is to say until my lease end, but Christine Enterprises are not resigning my lease for the following year an I can never rent from them again. I then sent a follow up email asking why was I receiving such harsh treatment for expressing concern of false accusations? I have never had any complaints nor caused any trouble and have alway paid my rent on time, so instead of finding a solution that benefit Christone Enterprises and myself they never responded back. My solution is to enforce rental right, honest rental inspections, healthier living conditions, not placed in areas that the leasing office want to be placed in because of race. By addressing this matter it will encourage victims to speak up and not be forced be quiet or threaten with eviction or non rental because they want to live like any other humans that pay rent. Shedding light on leasing companies that rent to minorities under poor rental conditions can be stopped if the matter is addressed and higher ups can ensure that everyone is getting fair rental rights by hiring qualified minoritie employees in their offices also enforcing and being held responsible for all rules and rental regulations within their municipalities.
