Parental Rights Reform in Ohio

There's a major discrepancy and infringement on rights concerning parents and Guardians. From the allotment of time allowed between parents. The penalties of the refusal to adhere to said rulings be at court or any other means of official documentation that requires conformance to current laws and statutes. Now what I propose is the entry of legislature or the proposal of every form or examination of the current laws provided to parents and Guardians today.
