Barnes and Noble has incurred my wrath once again! I recieved a gift card for bmy birthday and used it today to download some books and they did download, but I recieved a error message, so I called Customer Support and was put on hold for a long time. They finally answered the phone and I got stuck with an Indian woman who had a really thick accent and couldn't understand her, but we managed to resolve my problem. They should not be outsourcing jobs to foreingers. They should keep jobs here in the U.S.
