According to the old WaterAid adverts that used to be on in my country, every 17 seconds, a child dies due to lack of clean water and sanitation. Charities like WaterAid and charity: water are working hard to bring good, clean, safe water to as many people as they can, but they need all the monetary donations they can get to save more lives. Meanwhile, in 2016, Nestle's bottled water profits in the USA came to $16 billion. While people, including children, are dying simply because they can't afford and don't have access to good water, a giant, global corporation is making a pongo by producing and selling plastic bottles of water, billions of which end up in our oceans and seas, choking our poor oceans and seas, killing millions/billions of important and sentient sea creatures who had every right to live. The lives of people and animals matter more than corporate profits!!!
Switching to more eco-friendly alternatives to plastic, and donating a large portion of proceeds to charities, as well as making products as cheap as possible, could boost sales, as ethical and environmentally-conscious shoppers are more likely to buy water bottles that donate to charities and are biodegradable. This could really boost your sales!!
Please make all of your water and other bottles biodegradable and donate a very large portion of your proceeds to charities that provide clean water and sanitation for those in need and other charities, such as animal charities, human rights groups, non-animal testing medical charities and environmental charities!!! You could make more profits this way!!!
