Demand the allowance of the caterer Aurum Events & Catering to operate 17-19 South Street, Freehold

Aurum Events would like to turn 17-19 South Street, Freehold NJ, into a catering facility. The economic benefit of this business will expand far beyond the downtown redevelopment area.
15- 20 new jobs will be open for the area. Local businesses such as food purveyors, hotels, florists, entertainment, and photographers are not just the only ones to benefit, but businesses such as jewelers, specialty chocolate gifts, electricians, plumbers, decorators, payroll, valet, flooring and carpets, lighting and theater, printers, web techs, glass and mirror companies, custom furniture, and many more.

Aurum Events is the ONLY business in the Marketyard that will be able to have all of its Customer and Employee vehicles be able to park in a private lot as close as possibly can be to the market yard parking, and NOT effect the market yard parking in any manner. If Freehold, NJ, fails to allow this business to open it will be based on political pressure because a competitor is not wanted in the Borough only, and not because it is not right for the Borough.

We Demand that the Freehold Borough Council unanimously give approval to this business to operate as it has already been stated as an approved use by the Freehold Borough Councils' attorneys on record May 4th, 2015 on record.
